We are located in Dandridge Tennessee, on beautiful Douglas Lake. We are a family owned and operated business, started in 1976, by our parents Alex and Gail Fancher. We have been in business for 28 years, and are a member of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, TNARVC, NARVC & AAA. We are down to earth country people and we would love to have you come camp with us.

Our campground includes: seasonal camping sites. open all year round, rental cabins, park model sales, store / office, camping supplies, rv parts, groceries swimming pool (newly remodeled in 2004), concrete boat ramp, laundry mat (new maytag washers & dryers), small line of food items l.p. gas, concrete boat ramp, swimming pool, fishing, boating, jet skiing, water skiing, swimming, biking.
